As Head Chef, Martin oversees the fine food served in the restaurant and is also responsible for the fine ale, beer and wine selections. The Waun Wyllt has appeared in each of the annual Good Beer Guides produced since Martin and Sandy took over at the pub - a fine achievement.

In their spare time both are keen walkers and enjoy the local cycle and ramblers path which passes by the pub. Sandy is also a keen horse rider and both are very pro-active in helping to raise funds for local charities.
