TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions
The “Waun Wyllt” means the property from which our services are operated and provided. The property is The Waun Wyllt Inn, Horeb Road, Five Roads, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire SA15 5AQ, being managed by Martin and Sandra Bartley, and owned by Great Old Inns Ltd (company number 4832 175).
The “guest” and “yourselves” means the visitor and / or the body / company and organiser responsible for using the Waun Wyllt Inn for an event.
The “Agreement” means the contract between The Waun Wyllt and the guest for a specific booking or series of bookings. These Terms and Conditions will form part of the Agreement, together with any other terms stated within it.
Terms and Conditions
1. By leaving your contact details on our website, you agree that these details may be collected by us and used in the future to keep you informed of any events, improvements, special offers or any other developments relating to the Waun Wyllt Inn. We will not use your details for any other purposes, nor shall we pass these details to any other organisation. If you do not wish to be kept informed of news at the Waun Wyllt Inn, then please bring this to our attention.
2. The Waun Wyllt Inn cannot be held responsible for any customer ill health arising from a food allergy unless this allergy is brought to the attention of the staff prior to ordering food. Please make staff aware of any such allergy at the beginning of your visit.
3. The Waun Wyllt reserves the right to approve any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities that you have arranged and cannot accept liability for any resultant cost.
4. Should any of your party be unable to correct any aspect of poor behaviour or activities unacceptable to the Waun Wyllt, then we reserve the right to terminate your stay. Should this occur, no monies will be refunded to you. The Manager's decision is final.
5. The costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds by you or any of your fellow guests must be reimbursed to the Waun Wyllt yourselves.
6. No wines, spirits or foods brought into the Waun Wyllt Lodge may be consumed.
7. The Waun Wyllt will not be liable for any failure to provide or delay in providing facilities, services, food or beverages as a result of events or matters outside of our control.
8. The Waun Wyllt name / logo may be used in publicity, once a proof of the promotional material has been agreed by our Directors.
9. The Waun Wyllt must comply with certain licensing and statutory regulations and requires its guests to fulfil their obligations in this respect.
10. We are concerned for your health and safety and that of our Lodge. You are required to obtain prior approval if you wish to fix items to the walls, floors or ceilings within the Lodge.
11. Prices quoted include VAT at the rate prevailing when the agreement was prepared and are subject to alterations should the rate change.
